Both parks are national treasures and feature some of the country’s most dramatic scenery and abundant wildlife viewing. In terms of distance, Grand Teton National Park, is less than 40 miles from Teton River Luxury Lodge and Yellowstone National Park is 100 miles. Half the fun is getting to these magnificent parks. For access to both parks you’ll travel on Highway 22 over Teton Pass where the summit reaches 8,500 feet in elevation. The parking area at the top of the pass offers jaw dropping views of the Jackson Hole valley and Snake River. The best time to visit the parks is from mid-May to October when all the visitor centers, hiking trails and park activities are open and accessible. From Driggs: 10.4 miles
To get to Teton River Luxury Lodge from Driggs, turn west at the intersection of Main Street at the only stoplight in town. Continue to follow the paved road west for 4 miles and cross the Teton River. Just past the river, the road takes a 90-degree curve to the left, south, and continues for about 4 more miles. Then you will come to another mandatory 90 degrees left curve which will put you going east. The road continues east 1/2 mile and goes between two tree farms, one on each side of the road. At this point, you will be at an intersection. Turn left on S4500W and go another 1/2 mile to W4750 and make a left. Continue on W4750 South for a mile and veer to the left at the bend in the road and pass the Fox Creek Fishing access turn off. Go straight to the first house as you proceed through the ranch gate.
From Victor: 8.1 miles
To get to Teton River Luxury Lodge from Victor, drive north. Just on the north edge of Victor, you will see two-story building on the east (right) side of the highway. Turn west (left) just after the two-story building. This is the last intersection going out of the town of Victor. It is a paved road named Cedron Rd. Follow this paved road 7.4 miles (Cedron Road turns into S4500W) till you get to W4750 and make a right. Continue on W4750 South for a mile and veer to the left at the bend in the dirt road, pass the Fox Creek Fishing access on your right and go straight to the first house as you proceed through the ranch gate.
